Referrals should be made from referring organisations only to 01382 690540 or 01382 698020. Once the referral has been processed over the phone, the client is then free to collect the parcel from any of our Foodbanks (depending on their opening hours).
Any client that reports any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19 should not to collect the parcel under any circumstances. If a client is in a position of self-isolation and has no-one that can collect on their behalf then please let Dundee Foodbank know and they will discuss possibilities to ensure that they receive their food parcel.
